Starting from now, you are a patient at Brabantse Wal.

Brabantse Wal General Practice was established through a collaboration between general practitioners in your area. The team of general practitioners, assistants, and practice support staff is ready to provide you with the best possible care for your health.

Arrange things online via the ‘Uw Zorg Online’ app

The way Brabantse Wal works is similar to your previous general practice, Arene Online general practice. It is important that you use the correct app. Brabantse Wal uses the Uw Zorg Online App.

In the app, you can easily:

  • Request repeat prescriptions
  • Make an appointment
  • View your medical file
  • Ask questions via an e-consultation

Below you will find the step-by-step plan for switching from the Arene App to the Uw Zorg Online App.

  1. Open the Arene app on your phone or tablet. 
  2. In the Arene app, go to Settings. 
  3. Tap Zorgverlener(s) beheren.  
  4. Remove Arene as a healthcare provider (zorgverlener) within the app. 
  5. Then remove the Arene app from your phone or tablet. 
  6. Go to the App Store or Google Play Store. 
  7. Download and install the Uw Zorg Online app (Uw Zorg Online). 
  8. Log in with the same details you used for the Arene app (or for Uw Zorg Online, if you have used it before).
  9. In the Uw Zorg Online app, go to Settings.
  10. Tap Manage healthcare provider(s)/ zorgverlener(s) beheren. 
  11. Select Add caregiver. 
  12. Use the search bar to find Huisartsenpraktijk Brabantse Wal. 
  13. Check that you have selected the correct practice and tap + Select practice 
  14. Log in using your current login details.

                          The practice is available by telephone from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
                          on 085 -7609744.

                          We use a call-back system: you can leave your question or request and one of our assistants will call you back. This allows us to help you in a more targeted and efficient manner.
